Idaho Harvest Stuffing Seasoning is for dressing, rice pilaf, and roasted squash or anything you can imagine. Apple, sage, thyme, and rosemary are the flavor, with garlic and onion behind them. It is the Thanksgiving side, and it is also the pot of rice on a Tuesday.
For dressing, use 1 tablespoon for 6 cups of bread cubes.
For rice, use 2 teaspoons for 1 cup of dry rice, stirred into the butter before the water goes in.
For squash, use 2 teaspoons for 1½ pounds, tossed with oil and roasted at 425°F. Salt is already in the blend, so taste before you add more.
Ingredients: apple powder, sea salt, granulated garlic, granulated onion, sweet paprika, thyme, sucanat, rosemary, black pepper, rubbed sage, mustard powder.
See my blog post for recipes using this flavorful blend.
