Shipping Policy
All orders are filled within 2-4 business days unless prior arrangements have been made.
Local pick up/drop off can be arranged. Please contact us at CleanJR@protonmail.com PRIOR to placing your order.

All items are shipped from Star, Idaho, by USPS.
Shipments are processed Monday through Friday, except for public holidays.
Returns & Exchange Policy
Because we offer handmade, small-batch-crafted edible/food items, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges on any of our products.
Refund Policy
Given that our products are perishable and made without the use of preservatives, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. However, your satisfaction is our highest priority. If your product(s) have arrived damaged or defective in some way, please contact us immediately at CleanJR@protonmail.com or call us at

Refund/replacement requests must be made within 15 days of receiving your order.
