• Pat steak dry and lightly oil if desired.
• Generously season all sides with Idaho Mountain Montreal Steak Seasoning (about 1–1½ teaspoons per side for a typical steak).
• Rest 15–30 minutes (or up to overnight in the fridge) before cooking.
• Grill, pan-sear, broil, or reverse-sear to your preferred doneness.
