Smoky Chipotle Guacamole Blend™

Fresh Guacamole: Ingredients:  3 ripe avocados 1 Tbsp. Smoky Chipotle Guacamole Seasoning 1-2 Tbsp. fresh lime juice (1 lime) 1/2 small white or red onion, finely diced 1 small Roma tomato, seeded and  diced Optional: fresh chopped cilantro

Scoop avocado flesh  into a medium bowl,  mash with fork leaving some chunks for texture.  Add seasoning blend, and the juice of one lime, then add diced tomato and onion.  Additional salt to taste, if needed.  Let sit 5-10 minutes before serving to allow spices to fully hydrate.  Add more lime juice to top of blend if not serving right away.  Adding the additional lime juice will prevent browning.

Other Ways to Use - As a Creamy Dip: Blend with sour cream, Greek yogurt, or your favorite dairy-free alternative for a quick and flavorful dip.

Use As A Seasoning Blend: Sprinkle over chicken, shrimp, fish, burgers, roasted vegetables, potatoes, tacos, and fajitas before cooking.
