Fajita Seasoning | Bold Blend with Guajillo Chili & Lime

Fajita Steak Marinade

Ingredients (for 1½–2 lbs skirt or flank steak):

• ¼ cup Greek olive oil
• 2–3 Tbsp fresh lime juice
• 2–3 Tbsp Fajita seasoning
• 1–2 fresh garlic cloves, grated (optional but recommended)

Instructions:

• Whisk olive oil, lime juice, Fajita seasoning, and garlic together.
• Place steak in a dish or zip-top bag and coat well with the marinade.
• Marinate in the refrigerator for 1 to 4 hours.
• Remove from marinade, pat dry, and grill or sear over high heat.
• Rest 5–10 minutes, then slice thinly against the grain.

Best for:  Skirt steak, flank steak, chicken or shrimp.

Serve with grilled peppers, onions, and warm tortillas.

 

Guajillo Chili Powder, Sweet Paprika, Mexican Oregano, Fine Sea Salt, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Cumin, Lime Powder, Black Pepper
