A great vinaigrette should feel balanced, smooth, and effortless.
My Champagne Vinaigrette Mix™ was created to make that easy—bringing together clean, thoughtfully selected ingredients that pair beautifully with olive oil and vinegar to create a fresh, flavorful dressing at home.
This creamy version—made with a touch of honey and Dijon—has become a favorite for its soft, rounded texture and clean, bright flavor.
From that foundation, you can keep it classic—or elevate it.
This elevated version builds on the original by adding fermented black garlic, bringing a subtle depth and richness while staying true to the clean, balanced profile of the vinaigrette.
The Classic Creamy Champagne Vinaigrette
This is your signature, everyday dressing—smooth, balanced, and incredibly versatile.
In a tall jar or blending cup, combine:
1 tablespoon Champagne Vinaigrette Mix™
3 tablespoons champagne vinegar (or white wine vinegar)
1–2 teaspoons raw organic honey
½–1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
Insert immersion blender and begin blending.
Slowly drizzle in:
1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
Blend until fully emulsified and creamy.
Why This Version Works
Honey gently softens acidity and rounds out the flavor
Dijon helps create a stable, creamy emulsion
Your blend provides balanced herbs and brightness
Slowly blending the oil creates a silky, restaurant-quality texture
This is your clean, creamy classic—simple, reliable, and delicious.
Nourishing Ingredients Spotlight
What does black garlic add?
Fermented Black Garlic is known for its mellow, aged profile and rich antioxidant content, black garlic brings a subtle savory depth without overpowering the vinaigrette. It enhances the dressing while keeping the overall flavor clean, balanced, and approachable.
