Weeknight Mushroom Gravy

Comforting and deeply savory
Ingredients
1 cup hot water
2 tsp Savory Umami Bouillon™
1 cup sliced mushrooms
1 Tbsp butter or olive oil
1 tsp flour (optional, for thicker gravy)
Instructions
Sauté mushrooms in butter until browned.
Stir bouillon into hot water.
Pour into pan and simmer 2–3 minutes.
Sprinkle flour if desired and cook 1 more minute.
Serve over potatoes, toast, rice, or vegetables.
Savory Ground Meat or Bean Filling

Perfect for bowls, wraps, and meal prep
Ingredients
1 lb ground meat or 2 cups cooked beans
½ cup hot water
1½ tsp Savory Umami Bouillon™
Instructions
Cook meat or warm beans in skillet.
Add bouillon dissolved in hot water.
Simmer 3–4 minutes until absorbed.
Use for tacos, grain bowls, stuffed vegetables, or lettuce wraps.
Rich Pan Sauce for Steak or Vegetables

Ingredients
½ cup hot water
1 tsp Savory Umami Bouillon™
Pan drippings from seared meat or vegetables
1 tsp butter (optional)
Instructions
Remove food from hot pan.
Pour in bouillon mixture.
Scrape browned bits and simmer briefly.
Finish with butter and spoon over meal.
