Below are my favorite ways to use Essential Mexican Blend™ — from a classic skillet dinner to fresh bowls and simple sides that feel like they came from a slow-simmered kitchen.

Weeknight Skillet Tacos

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef, turkey, or plant-based alternative

  • 2 tbsp Essential Mexican Blend™

  • 1/4 cup water

  • 8 small tortillas

  • Optional toppings: shredded lettuce, diced tomato, avocado, fresh cilantro


Instructions

  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat and brown the protein.

  2. Sprinkle in Essential Mexican Blend™ and add water.

Instructions

Ingredients

  • 4 ears corn, grilled or roasted

  • 2 tbsp butter or dairy-free alternative

  • 1 tsp Essential Mexican Blend™

  • Lime wedges

Instructions
